Effective presentations are sometimes created around a three-step process, sometimes called the 3-P Approach: Plan, Prepare, and Present.

3P stands for Production, Preparation, and Process. It is a lean manufacturing method that helps businesses to assess and improve their production processes. The goal of 3P is to streamline production, eliminate waste through product, and increase efficiency.

The “3 P's” of TQM (Total Quality Management) are People, Process and Product. When looking at any business, we can apply this methodology to help identify areas for improvement and change.

We present an alternative conservative approach, the Triple P procedure. It involves three main steps: perioperative localization of the upper placental edge, pelvic devascularization and the placental non-separation with myometrial excision followed by the repair of the myometrial defect.

The 3P learning model encompasses three core elements: Personalization, Participation, and Knowledge-Pull. We then present the social software supported learning framework as a framework that illustrates the 3P learning model in action, based on Web 2.0 concepts and social software technologies.

3P is an acronym for Production Preparation Process, which is a method that focuses on eliminating waste through product and process design. It was introduced to the US in the mid-1980's by Chihiro Nakao, founder of the consulting firm Shingijutsu, and a contemporary of Taiichi Ohno.

Process, product and people are the three key elements of a company's quality system and all of them need to be focused on for an overall improvement in performance.

While many Lean methodologies focus on incremental improvements that can be sustained through regular practice, 3P (Production, Preparation and Process) tackles workplace waste, quality issues, and production processes from a different, more forceful angle.

In other words understanding the 'Product' and the 'Process' is key to the 'Production' success of the solution. What's in a name? It's no coincidence that the three 'P's' in 3P innovation's name stand for 'Product', 'Process' and 'Production'.

Lean 3P (aka Production, Preparation and Process) is an event-driven process for developing a new product concurrently with the operation that will produce it. 3P is a game-changer that results in lower ongoing costs. The process: Guides teams who have multiple ideas to whittle them down to one that can be implemented.

3P is relentless in its pursuit to eliminate waste—be it in terms of time, material, or human effort. The methodology employs a variety of Lean tools and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S, to identify areas where waste occurs.

3S stands for Sort, Set in Order, and Shine, which refers to the three steps of organizing your work area. The 3S audit checklist guides achieving this goal by providing a list of items that need to be inspected or completed as part of the 3S process.

People, Processes and Platforms are three areas that leaders should focus on developing in tandem. Unsupported team members will be ineffective and platforms alone can't provide value, but with the right balance of the 3Ps, your team can build something the world hasn't yet seen.
