@GetSpectrum Your Internet sucks and makes it impossible for me to work from home. I need Internet service that doesn't drop every 20 minutes. I need to be able to access patient information immediately. I have done everything I can to reset my router and nothing works.

Plot twist, a delightful @Ask_Spectrum technician, Rogelio showed up. Turns out Jesus not only left without completing yesterday's job; he didn't check service. Rogelio made multiple connections/repairs, had to enter, with consent, a neighbor's yard to reach a utility pole.

@Trish_Bogart @Ask_Spectrum I’m actually going to switch ISP to Frontier, I’m on my last straw with Spectrum; tired of random outages or “routine maintenance” without any warning. Funny thing is that I never heard of them until I moved to SoCal.
